Because all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ninebysilverlining@gmail.com with:
A clear photo of the item
Your order number
We’ll review your request and if approved, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
As each item is custom printed just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
Wrong size or color choice
Buyer’s remorse
Please double-check our sizing guide and product details before purchasing.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled or changed within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, production begins and we are unable to modify it.
Shipping Delays
We do our best to meet estimated delivery times, but we can’t guarantee them due to potential postal delays or supplier issues.
